Hello! I’m Kosal Lee.
My aim is to help Mums who are feeling disorganised, overworked, burnt out and finding it hard to switch off and be present with their kids TO finding clarity and balance, feeling organised and achieving their goals while being a present mum.
After I had my first daughter over 6 years ago, I found motherhood to be isolating, lonely and overwhelming. The initial excitement and happiness of bringing my baby home quickly dissipated along with my confidence as I realised that I had no idea what I was doing.
“Why was my baby crying so much?” “Why won’t she sleep??” “Why does the thought of leaving the house with my baby terrify me?”
I was no longer working and on maternity leave and I felt a sudden shift in my identity. I no longer contributed financially to the household so how do I contribute? My worth had somehow become tied up to being employed and making money.
Now my days were spent trying to prove my worth as a ‘perfect’ mum and wife by trying to have a happy baby, a clean house, cooked dinner and holding it all together.
I soon developed postnatal anxiety and depression which became worse when I fell pregnant with our second daughter 10 months after I had our first.
I felt like such a failure as a mother that I started to write down a list of who could replace me and why my daughters deserved a better mum.
Thankfully, I received help and support through those dark times and I was able to redefine motherhood and thrive as a mum, woman and now business owner.
SISTERHOOD IN MOTHERHOOD
I truly believe in there being a sisterhood in motherhood. We are all trying to do the best for our family. Motherhood isn’t a competition. We need to support and encourage each other.
We need to understand the importance of putting our wellbeing first because ultimately, our wellbeing impacts our children’s wellbeing.

We then bust any blocks you may have that’s stopping you from taking action with some mindset activities.
Then by aligning your values with your goals, we create an action plan that will motivate and inspire you before we schedule it all in with flexibility for life’s unexpected moments.
